and promotes justice,
peace, and love.

Calvary's Blessing Box

"Take what you need, leave what you can"

Calvary is committed to serving our downtown neighbors in need – even during quarantine. Anyone is welcome to take items from the box or put items in the box. We welcome your donations of non-perishable food items and personal hygiene items. New socks are vital as the weather turns cooler.

The Annual Bazaar
The annual St. Nicholas Bazaar for 2022 was on October 15 and a mini-bazaar was held on December 3 for those who didn't realize the date had changed.  Both events were successful.
All proceeds from this event go to outreach in the community.
Thanks for your continued support!

Loaves & Fishes - 1st Sunday of the Month
This important Calvary Outreach commitment -  to ensure that any night of the month, members of the homeless community can receive a meal involves preparing 100 meals for the hungry or homeless. Because of Covid 19 our meals are now bagged and include: sandwich, fresh fruit, chips, fresh veggie assortment, ranch dressing, hard-boiled egg, fruit juice, homemade dessert and bottled water.

Calvary members sign up to prepare components of the meal and then deliver it to Mike & Teresa Reeves home for meal assembly and delivery to Wilkes Methodist Church on Wilkes Blvd. The L&F organization has volunteers to pass out the nightly meals to our guests.

Please contact the church for more information. .
